PRR 3747, K-4S, c. 1955         
Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide by an unidentified photographer that was taken in South Amboy, New Jersey, perhaps in 1955. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3747, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during March of 1920 and retired in November of 1957. Partially visible on the left is PRR electric #4714, a P-5A (2-C-2) built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during October of 1932, rated at 3,750 horsepower, and retired in June of 1962. The exact date is not recorded. Produced and distributed by FJC Products of Newport, Delaware. ("LouisFols"; #6 of 16)
