Tony Fernandez General The original UP #3280 was a `snoot' built in Jul 1974 that had a `ratchet' handbrake lever. This one isn't a `snoot'. Was this one of the former MP or MKT SD40-2 units (built prior to Jan 1980) renumbered into a vacant number slot to make room for an SD70M? 4/4/2008 9:57:06 AM
