| Here is one of only three 2-10-0 decapods to appear on the ATSF roster. Built in 1901 by Alco-Schenectady, there were derailing difficulties when backing among other operating problems so only three were purchased. Original specs - class 988, 57" drivers, 225 psi boiler pressure, 17.5x34" high pressue cylinders, 30x34" low pressure cylinders, engine weight 259,800 lb, tractive effort of 52,133 lb.
