| 700 idles briefly with another unit. It will head to the shop complex to grab a mail car. Roadrailers were attached to the Lake Shore at this time. Within a few years, this train would no longer run with roadrailers, maiil or reefers. Also the Amtrak platform no longer comes this far up. 700 would be repainted in 2004 into Phase Vb & again in 2017 into the Empire Phase III. |
