| BNSF 800516 is an aircraft parts car. Its the same basic idea as an Auto parts boxcar, but carrying large plane sub-assemblies required some reworking of the standard boxcar. The large covers (labeled on first and off first) are designed to be lifted off by a crane. Its a similar idea to a steel coil car. Today, its serving as a buffer car.
