| Built in May of 1960 as ATSF GP20 1101 but renumbered ATSF 3102 in November of 1969 and repainted later June, 1972. It was rebuilt and renumbered ATSF GP20u #3002 in July of 1978. Evenrtually it was transferred to the BNSF roster as BNSF 2002. It was sold in February of 2000. No location or photographer was listed for the color slide. Based on other photos taken around the same time, the loco may have been in the Chicago area when this slide was taken. |
