| Classics. Here is a photo by an unidentified photographer that was taken in Baltimore, Maryland, on 29 August 1916. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4173, a D-16B (4-4-0) "American" built in the Altoona Machine Shops as number "645" during February of 1901, renumbered "4173" in October of 1913, rebuilt as a D-16SB in February of 1917, and retired in October of 1929 after 28 years of faithful service.
