| Nothing was on the CN at Gillman so at that point we decided to just head north to I39 and begin the trek into Janesville. However, when we crossed over the Transcon outside of Wenona, an eastbound Z train was coming under at the exact same time, which convinced Ethan to stop and see if we could grab a train before it got too dark. We got off the highway and went a little west of town before parking. Ethan got out his laptop and checked the Chillicothe West ATCS and sure enough we did have a westbound coming. About 10 minutes later a westbound Z screamed by us at 70 MPH with 4 GEs on the point. The sun peaked through the clouds at the right moment too giving us the nice "golden hour" light. |
