On The Lehigh Line and Crossing Overt to track 1 West.
Tank car train is still exiting the Port reading Secondary . Locomotives are on the Lehigh Line Track 2, west and will cross over to track 1west shortly. Crossover can be seen ahead of the lead locomotive. Both westbound signals are still displaying the Aspect STOP and NORAC Rule previously noted. 70-300 mm zoom lens used.
