| As rain starts to fall, HLCX 1048 (GP38-2), works to south end of the Fox Valley and Lake Superiors (FOXY) Appleton, WI yard. This is the first time Ive seen a unit work alone and not be in tandem with another locomotive on this portion of the FOXY. Seen from the Perkins St. crossing. |
