| Southern Pacific 1971 and Seaboard System 16427 were on the rear of an SP transfer run from the CSX to the SP in New Orleans. They were stopped on the Norfolk Southern’s BACK BELT at Saint Bernard Avenue. Both cabooses had been built by International Car Company in 1974, the SBD car as L&N 6427. |
