Here is a steam locomotive portrait of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1279, an I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapod" built in Juniata as an I-1S during November of 1918, rebuilt as an I-1SA in January of 1944, and retired in January of 1952 after 34 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. (#5 of 72)
