Perhaps this is the Fisher Body plant on Atherton Road in Flint served by the Pere Marquette (nee C&O, CSX).

This is actually the old Chevrolet Plant 2 on Chevrolet Ave. near downtown. It originally was an assembly plant, and after WWII switched to parts-making. Later an AC Rochester and then Delphi plant, it was torn down in 1998-1999.
