Shown here is an Amtrak passenger train ~ pulled by an unidentified locomotive ~ heading toward the tunnels under Washington's streets leading to Union Station and points North. Note the old cross bars which once supported catenary for Pennsylvania Railroad electrics to and from Potomac Yard. |
