NJT 4109 & NJT 4101  Contributor's Pick!       
A long hood to cab shot (fireman's side) of NJT 4109 CNJ heritage unit. This engine was repainted in Sept.2019 into "as delivered" in 1968. This engine was originally CNJ 3677GP40P. next to the 4109 is NJT 4101 NJDOT Bluebird and also built in 1968 and is of CNJ heritage. The frame is to show one of the CNJRR paint schemes of Blue and Yellow. NJT 4101 is in the NJ Dept. of trans[portation (NJDOT) paint scheme and Conrail was running passenger opreation prior to NJT taking over in 1983
