Description:  MEBU is on the left, with 3 of 4 units from the 45 line, as a set of pushers waits on the right for a northbound going up the hill. As a bonus, we have both NYSW F 45's. It was a good time to be watching the 20 cylinder beasts. Action at the south end of Bevier St.

Title:  Yellow in the snow
Description:  Any NYSW power could show on the trains they ran for the D&H, though it tended to be the 6 axle power for road trains as a rule. Today we see GP38-2 2012 leading MEBU into East Binghamton on a day that anyone with sense would have stayed home.

On the air

Description:  Sometimes NYSW would cut the power off an MEBU and take it to the yard, leaving one unit on to keep the air pumped up. The new power(or sometimes the power it came in with) would come out, couple on, and go west. Today, one of the original D&H 7600 series GP 39's has the honors of keeping the brakes charged at the south end of Bevier St.

Description:  TB 4, the turn from Binghamton to Taylor yard in Scranton, rolls under the NY 7 overpass south of Conklin. At the time, this line was single track down to Stillwater, just north of the PA line. It is now single here.

Description:  A pair of short line boxcars are head out on the Taylor Turn as it rolls under the NY 7 bridge. TOE is Texas, Oklahoma & Eastern, a lumber hauler in the DeQueen Ark area; the lead car is from Apalachicola Northern, which also handles lumber products in the Florida panhandle and southwest Georgia.
