| The brand new Alstom Prima Co'Co' unit, designation HXD2B. (The number for the modern HXD-line is 1=Siemens, 2= Alstom, 3=Bombardier) It was outshopped and had electric tests just in front of the factory in Belfort/France. With 9600 kW / 12873 hp it is the most powerful Prima series engine. HXD2B is the 6 axles version of HXD2, based on the PRIMA platform, and has the similar traction performance as HXD1B, a 9600kW locomotive.
