| A UNL train to the NYSEG Milliken plant at Ludlowville, just up Cayuga Lake from Ithaca, picks up its conductor, who had taxied up after closing up at Sayre. The train is crossing NY 17C at Waverly on its way north. The power will return with empties tomorrow. |
